Meeting Details:
Some of the highlights of the summer meeting include a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, technical sessions, and the awards banquet and scholarship auction on Thursday evening. Additional activities include the annual Putt-Putt Tournament on Thursday afternoon. The winner gets the trophy and bragging rights for the year. New this year is the the Iron Mountain Sporting Clays event on Wednesday morning. More information is provided below. The cost of these activities is separate from the meeting registration, so please sign up when you register if you plan to attend either event.
Please register for the meeting by Friday, July 12th so that we have an accurate headcount for food. Registration after that date will incur an increased registration cost. Online registration closes July 19th. Please note: those that choose the “Pay at the Door” option will be invoiced for the meeting if you do not attend.
We will be sending out a separate email to our vendors for booth interest.
Meeting Cost: $290 for Members and $325 for Non-members and registrations after July 12th
Summer Meeting Activities: This year, we want to make you aware of two official add-on events for the summer meeting.
Iron Mountain Sporting Clays
Where: 410 Hardin Road, Kodak
When: Wednesday, July 24th at 9:00 AM Eastern
Cost: Ranges from $50 to $75 (which depends on the gear you may need to participate)
Ripley’s Davy Crockett Mini-Golf
Where: 188 Parkway Gatlinburg, TN 37738
When: Thursday, July 25th at 3:30 PM Eastern (Meet in the Lobby)
Cost: $16.99 for ages 12 & up and $11.99 under the age of 12
If you would like to participate in either or both activities, be sure to include them as an add-on when you register for the conference
