Summer Meeting Attendee Information

TSITE members,

The summer meeting will be held this week in Gatlinburg. For those that plan to attend the meeting, please keep the following in mind:
 

• Online voting will close Monday, July 26, 2021 at 5 pm central.
• Please bring items for the student scholarship auction on Thursday night. This auction is the primary way we raise money to provide the six student scholarships every year.
• Please be advised that the TSITE Board and the Park Vista Hotel will be following current CDC guidelines for COVID-19.
  • The technical sessions will be held in the Ballroom this year to allow us to spread out and provide proper social distancing.
  • We are recommending that all meeting attendees that have not been vaccinated wear a mask.
  • Mask use is optional for meeting attendees that have been vaccinated.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
