1. Parking permits will be sent to registrants before the meeting.
2. Visitors will need to park in visitor spaces or the purple zone on campus (Download Campus Parking Map here)
3. If participants have to park at the far parking lot, they can use the shuttle service to get them closer to the RUC. More information about the shuttle schedule may be found here.

Summer Meeting Attendee Information
TSITE members,
The summer meeting will be held this week in Gatlinburg. For those that plan to attend the meeting, please keep the following in mind:
- Online voting will close Monday, July 26, 2021 at 5 pm central.
- Please bring items for the student scholarship auction on Thursday night. This auction is the primary way we raise money to provide the six student scholarships every year.
- Please be advised that the TSITE Board and the Park Vista Hotel will be following current CDC guidelines for COVID-19.
- The technical sessions will be held in the Ballroom this year to allow us to spread out and provide proper social distancing.
- We are recommending that all meeting attendees that have not been vaccinated wear a mask.
- Mask use is optional for meeting attendees that have been vaccinated.
- If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
