What: Tennessee Section ITE 2024 Fall Meeting
When: October 29, 9AM to 4PM
Where: Drury Plaza Downtown
300 Korean Veterans Blvd, Nashville, TN 37201
Please join us for the 2024 TSITE Fall Meeting on October 29th at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Downtown Nashville. We will have some great presentations and an opportunity to tour the new NDOT TMC. Please sign up for the tour when you register as space is limited. There will be three separate visits throughout the day.
Parking is available at the hotel for $35. However, there are nearby garages with cheaper parking including the Music City Center, Kimley-Horn Office and Barge Design Solutions Office. If you need parking payment assistance, please email the TSITE Secretary at tsitesecretary@gmail.com.

Meeting Details:
Some of the highlights of the summer meeting include a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, technical sessions, and the awards banquet and scholarship auction on Thursday evening. Additional activities include the annual Putt-Putt Tournament on Thursday afternoon. The winner gets the trophy and bragging rights for the year. New this year is the the Iron Mountain Sporting Clays event on Wednesday morning. More information is provided below. The cost of these activities is separate from the meeting registration, so please sign up when you register if you plan to attend either event.
Please register for the meeting by Friday, July 12th so that we have an accurate headcount for food. Registration after that date will incur an increased registration cost. Online registration closes July 19th. Please note: those that choose the “Pay at the Door” option will be invoiced for the meeting if you do not attend.
We will be sending out a separate email to our vendors for booth interest.
Meeting Cost: $290 for Members and $325 for Non-members and registrations after July 12th
Summer Meeting Activities: This year, we want to make you aware of two official add-on events for the summer meeting.

Cost: $16.99 for ages 12 & up and $11.99 under the age of 12
