2023 Summer Meeting Info
Please join us for the TSITE 2023 Summer Meeting in Gatlinburg, TN
Please join us for the 2023 TSITE Summer Meeting at the Park Vista in Gatlinburg, TN. Some of the highlights of the summer meeting include a welcome reception on Wednesday evening, technical sessions, and the awards banquet and scholarship auction on Thursday evening. Please register by Wednesday July 19th so that we have an accurate headcount for food. Registration after that day will incur an increased registration cost. Please bring auction items for the scholarship fund. We hope to see you in Gatlinburg!
We will be sending out a separate email to our vendors for booth interest.

Congratulations to the University of Tennessee Knoxville for winning this years traffic bowl at the winter meeting in Chattanooga! It was a great competition with three schools represented: The University of Tennessee Knoxville, the University of Memphis and University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. The University of Tennessee Knoxville will represent TSITE at the Southern District (SDITE) Annual Meeting March 19 – March 22, 2023 in Savannah, Georgia.
Mr. Ernie Pierce of Knoxville
TSITE lost a very special member, Mr. Ernie Pierce of Knoxville on February 13, 2023. Ernie started his 35 years of employment with the City of Knoxville Engineering Department/Traffic Division on September 24, 1986 and retired as a Professional Traffic Engineer effective January 1, 2022. He was a member of TSITE for over 30 years. Please keep Ernie’s family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
